Fuho Capital Management Co., Ltd.(Fuho Capital), founded in 2008, is a China domestic PE fund management company. Fuho Capital was initially incorporated by Mr. Edward Zeng, the Vice Chairman of GST Holdings Limited (HK 0416) and Chief Manager of Gufland Co., Ltd., Mr. Haiyin Lin, the Chairman of Top Group Corporation and other persons. It is one of the initiating companies of Beijing Equity Investment Funds Association and it serves as vice-chairman of Equity Investment Funds Association of Haidian District.
